Each treatment is delivered by certified professionals and curated according to The Golden Tree’s long-standing principles of discipline, efficacy, and hospitality. Services include our signature category-based massage program, advanced skincare, and select therapeutic innovations available exclusively to pre-booked guests. While limited walk-in appointments may be accepted, priority is always given to confirmed reservations.

Golden Tree Society members and InterContinental Ambassador guests are eligible for a complimentary upgrade to the next massage category, provided this is requested during the booking process and verified in advance. Upgrades are subject to availability and therapist recommendation.

AURIM Spa by The Golden Tree at InterContinental Vienna does not require entry cards or identification for spa access. However, guests may be asked to confirm appointment details at reception upon arrival.
