AURIM Spa Vienna Marriott Hotel is a luxury day-spa and urban wellness destination by The Golden Tree, located within the Vienna Marriott Hotel on Vienna’s historic Ringstrasse. Conceived as a refined retreat from the pace of the city, AURIM combines personalized treatments, private wellness experiences and selected hotel leisure facilities within an atmosphere shaped by discretion, calm, attentive service and considered hospitality. The spa is developed and operated in accordance with The Golden Tree InterNational Inc. standards for guest experience, wellness, service quality and operational care.

AURIM Spa operates as an independently managed spa and wellness destination within its host property. References to the Vienna Marriott Hotel identify the location and hospitality setting of AURIM Spa and do not imply ownership of the hotel property or operation under the Marriott brand. The character, services and guest experience of AURIM are curated by The Golden Tree while selected wellness and leisure facilities form part of the wider host-hotel environment.

Spa access is intentionally capacity-controlled in order to preserve the quality, comfort and atmosphere of the guest experience. Availability, treatment appointments, preferred arrival times, access privileges and individual facility components may therefore vary according to occupancy, hotel operations and the time of visit. Certain privileges, experiences or appointment periods may be reserved for hotel guests, AURIM members, private members of The Golden Tree or other eligible guests. Admission remains subject to availability and confirmation.

AURIM treatments are designed as personalized wellness experiences and may include massage, body rituals, recovery-focused treatments and other non-medical services. They do not constitute medical diagnosis, medical treatment or physiotherapy. Guests should advise their therapist of relevant injuries, pregnancy, allergies, sensitivities or other circumstances that may affect the suitability of a treatment. AURIM may adapt, postpone or decline a treatment where required for guest wellbeing, hygiene, safety or professional service standards.

Day Spa admissions, access cards and other named admission products are issued for the guest identified in the corresponding reservation and may be subject to identity verification on arrival. Unless expressly stated otherwise, admission products are personal and non-transferable and are distinct from gift vouchers. Corrections to guest details may be requested before first use and remain subject to the applicable booking conditions. Lost, altered, duplicated or improperly used access media may be deactivated.

AURIM Gift Vouchers are transferable value-based vouchers intended for eligible services and experiences offered by AURIM Spa by The Golden Tree. Unless required otherwise by applicable law, vouchers are not redeemable for cash and do not constitute a reservation or guarantee availability for a particular treatment, date or time. Treatment and spa reservations made using a voucher remain subject to the same capacity and booking conditions applicable to other reservations.

The wellness environment is shared by guests seeking rest, privacy and restoration. Guests are therefore expected to observe the applicable spa etiquette and house rules regarding hygiene, attire, mobile devices, photography, recording, noise and the appropriate use of pool, fitness, relaxation and wellness areas. Photography or recording involving other guests or team members without authorization is not permitted. Staff may intervene where conduct materially affects the privacy, comfort, safety or wellbeing of other guests.

Lockers and designated storage facilities are provided for guest convenience. Personal valuables should be secured appropriately and should not be left unattended. Use of spa, pool, fitness and wellness facilities remains subject to posted instructions, individual suitability and applicable house rules. Individual facilities may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, private hotel requirements, technical circumstances or operational necessity.

Reservations, purchases and admissions are governed by the Terms & Conditions applicable at the time of booking and by any conditions expressly stated in the corresponding confirmation. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection legislation, including the GDPR, for purposes including reservation administration, guest communication, access management, safety, payment processing and service delivery. All original AURIM and The Golden Tree website content, editorial materials, design elements, brand devices, seals, photography, film and proprietary materials remain protected by the rights of their respective owners. Hotel names, trademarks and third-party materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. Unauthorized commercial reproduction, redistribution or use of proprietary AURIM or Golden Tree materials is prohibited.

Information concerning treatments, amenities, opening hours, availability and guest privileges reflects the applicable offering at the time of publication and may be adjusted as the experience evolves. The conditions contained in an individual reservation confirmation prevail in relation to that reservation. Nothing in these provisions excludes or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable consumer-protection legislation.

Services provided by AURIM Spa Vienna Marriott Hotel are subject to Austrian law to the extent legally permissible. Where information is made available in several languages, the German version may govern services performed in Austria where permitted by applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
