What are your opening hours?
The Golden Tree AURIM Spa at InterContinental Vienna welcomes guests 365 days a year.
Massage appointments are available daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM — with extended hours available during summer and Ramadan upon request.
The wellness and spa area is open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and the fitness center operates 24 hours a day.
Do I need to make a reservation?
Massage treatments require a reservation, though appointments can often be scheduled as little as 30 minutes in advance, depending on availability.

Are towels and robes provided?
Yes, towels, bathrobes, and slippers are provided both in the hotel rooms and in the designated spa and fitness changing areas. Complimentary refreshments are also available on site for your comfort.
Can the spa and fitness area be accessed without booking a massage?
Yes, hotel guests have full access to the wellness and fitness facilities without the need to book a treatment.
Can non-hotel guests access the spa?
No, the Golden Tree InterContinental AURIM Spa is reserved exclusively for guests of the InterContinental Hotel and for members of the Golden Tree Supreme or VIP Society.
