Lockers are provided for convenience; management is not liable for loss or damage to unattended property except as required by non-waivable law. All bookings, packages, upgrades, and promotions are governed by the Terms & Conditions available on this website, including policies on punctuality, cancellations, no-shows, refunds, administrative fees, and late changes. Prices are stated in the operating currency and include taxes where applicable; surcharges may apply for specialized treatments, extended sessions, or out-of-scope requests. Complimentary items provided during service are for on-site use only and must be returned.
