Each Golden Tree AURIM location is classified into one of five levels to provide a clear overview of what guests can expect on-site. These categories reflect the overall service style, available wellness and fitness facilities, and the guest experience. Whether it's a fully serviced destination or a self-access spa, the level helps identify the unique strengths of each property—while always meeting Golden Tree standards.

Essential Wellness Access

Designed for simplicity and independence, this location offers core wellness infrastructure such as fitness and basic spa or pool facilities. Access is self-service, and towels, robes, and slippers are available at clearly designated stations. Treatment bookings are available via our website or central reservations team.

Comfort & Refreshment Concept

This concept enhances the wellness experience with complimentary light refreshments such as tea, coffee, infused water, and seasonal snacks. Guests enjoy flexible self-service access to facilities including fitness, spa, sauna, or pool. Treatment appointments are managed through our digital platform or guest service team.

Staffed Spa with Full Day Access

A fully serviced spa location with a welcoming front desk team during operating hours. Upon arrival, guests are personally greeted and provided with towels, bathrobes, and slippers. The location includes a fitness center, spa, pool, and women-only wellness zone. Spa treatments can be arranged on-site, and refreshments are available at an extra charge.
